Walter James Evans, MD Neurology Clinical Neurophysiology Neuroimaging Sleep Medicine	Dr. Evans received his MD from LSU Medical School in New Orleans in 1983.  He completed a Neurology residency at the University of California Irvine in 1987, and fellowships there in Geriatric Neurology and Psychobiology in 1990.  He joined the faculty at UC Irvine in 1991 as Assistant Professor in Neurology where he conducted research in olfactory physiology and worked with patients in the Geriatrics, Alzheimer's and Memory Disorders Clinics.  He moved into private practice in Florence, SC in 1995 where he currently practices general neurology.  He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology and Sleep Medicine.  He is certified in Neuroimaging by the United Council of Neurological Subspecialties and in Neurosonology by the American Society of Neuroimaging.  He is certified as an Authorized User of Nuclear Medicine by SC DHEC and is the Radiation Safety Officer for Comprehensive Neurological Services.  He retains appointment as Clinical Professor of Neurology at the Medical University of South Carolina.  He is an active member of Fork Baptist Church where he serves as Deacon and Commander of the AWANA Clubs ministry.  He is married to Toni Ellis Cooke-Evans and has two children, Allison and Aiden, and two step children, Richard and Avonlea.
Krishna Murthy, MD Neurology Pediatric Neurology Neuroimaging Sleep Medicine	Dr. Murthy completed his medical training in 1977 at Bangalore University in India.  In 1982, he received a Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College of Physicians in London, England.  Dr. Murthy passed the examination in 1985 for membership in the Royal College of Physicans of Ireland.  In 1997, he was elected Fellow of the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health in London, England.  He completed his Neurology Residency and Fellowship in Child Neurology in 2002 at the State University of New York at Buffalo.  Dr. Murthy joined Comprehensive Neurological Services in 2002.  He was certified in Neurology and Child Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in 2003.  He is also certified in Neuroimaging by the United Council of Neurological Subspecialties (UCNS) and is a member of UCNS' examining board of the neuroimaging section since 2006.  He has several research papers published in reputed medical journals. His research paper "Acute Disseminated EncephaloMyelitis (ADEM) in Children" has been extensively quoted in the pediatric literature.  He is married to Sudha and has two lovely daughters, Leena and Rachana.  Dr. Murthy and his family became citizens of the United States of America in 2006.
